Planned Agenda

I will review unbalanced salaries of myself and other leadership roles across the city employee's and decrease the cities expenses on unusually high salaries that have been repeatedly increased in recent years through internal voting.  

I will focus time and energy to locate and and create a plan for repair, removal and replacement of the lead piping that currently exist in our water system.

A push in trade works with the incentive of city contracts to update and reinforce critical infastructures in preparating for shifting climates.

I plan to interact with homeless shelters and focus on expanding there capactity and capability to house people for long term to build in infastructure to push for recruitment into the trades field & promote the work to have skilled individuals capable of managing the infastructure and also to work towards lowering the cost of building repairs, renovations making them more accessible for everyone. 

My primary focus is to hold everyone accountable for their actions & rebuild trust with the reformed MPD and the City it swore a oath to protect.

I have no desire to disrupt the agreement that was made between the city and MPD after 5 long years, I will do everything in my power to hold both parties accountable. Incentifying MPD to move into the city they work for and living in their respective communities so that they can understand the neighborhoods they are serving I believe is a key first step to rebuilding trust.

I will push for medium residential housing, 4-5 bedrooms with the purpose of both town housing & rent to own long term living for larger families looking for space in the city. 

Affordable housing should be readily available for everyone in the city. It shouldn't be a struggle or fear of wondering if the roof over my head will last a whole year or more. 

• Expanding on Solar energies to enhance the power grid for Minneapolis/Saint Paul. Looking to incorporate these energies more directly into the city proper as part of reconstruction for medium residential housing/commercial buildings.
• Expanding on Wind energies to enhance the power grid for Minneapolis/Saint Paul. Looking at utilizing the wind tunnel effect as a source of wind capture as well as exploring the bladeless wind turbines for easier maintenance and repairs. 

• Above surface reactors I support with updated builds and usage of uranium & spent fuel cells. I am personally very much against underground nuclear power that can go unmonitored and cause substantial long term damage to the environment in the event of negligence or natural damage.  

• Gun safety should be an aspect that is taught to youth to build respect for weapons and an understanding of why it is important to treat them with the intent of recreational activities like hunting & shooting ranges. 
• It should also be said that instilling core values of respect for life & safety could go a long way to reducing firearm incidents.
• Self Defence Training
  • Understanding the difference between being threatened & my life is endangered.
  • Understanding the use of acceptable force versus excessive force. 

• Question the PUC about the rate hikes for energy companies based out of the state.
• Xcel Energy has continued to request & receive rate hikes in Minnesota yearly. 
• Main concern is if all of the rate hikes are warranted and not just money grab because they are the sole provider. 
• Center Point Energy has used the open market of Texas when disaster struck to levy higher prices on other states that have taken care to mitigate natural weather damage. One instance, “The cold weather event” that saw freezing in Texas in 2021 saw an additional fee being charged to several states to compensate them for lost potential income due to Texas administration negligence. 

• I want the city of Minneapolis to set up a warehouse workshop for classes to be taught by retired trades workers to pass on their knowledge and skills to those interested in trade work as well as homeless people willing to learn and outreach to veterans who have been forgotten by society. 
• The primary goal is to put on retainer via contractual work a standing force that has the skills to improve, modernize and weatherize our infrastructure in preparation for increasingly erratic weather.
• Push for a second chance to get people off the streets and help reintegrate them into society and the general work force. 
• Reduce the overall cost of maintenance, repair & upgrades to both infrastructures and buildings not limited to commercial or residential for home improvements. 
• The end goal of this specific project would be to have workers be able to incorporate their skills to help build long-term housing or construction projects for themselves, each other and those in need of the skills sets that are not as available today. 

• Addressing crimes committed by children ages 10-17.
• Community service in lieu of fines or jail time for youth ages 10-17
• The purpose of this is to help put strong influencers in a kid's life to try and instill strong character in youth to avoid criminal activity.
• Permanent record wiped and expunged at age 18.
• The promise for first time offenders that have the opportunity to turn their life around. 

I am 100% for your freedom and rights to be who you want to be, do what you want to do & live the way you want to live. The only caveat is to not infring on others rights... Alot of people have had their rights trampled on by the current administrations war on the USA. I will continue to stand up for what is right & wrong! I will do everything in my power to proctect those who call Minneapolis home, Minnesota home & the Midwest Home. Whether you changed your orientation, identify as the opposite sex, immigrated here due to wars, safety or otherwise, this country was about protecting, lending a hand & leading the world and I will fight to keep that value.
